DO YOU KNOW THAT YOUR DIET COULD MAKE YOU INFERTILE?
Waoh, it’s a
new year filled with lots of expectations individually and collectively.
Prophecies have been flying in the air about the nation and others but trying
to speak like one, Gen 1:28 is what comes to my mind for every single and
married. God gave a command “Be fruitful
and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it…” My New Year wish to all my
readers and followers is to be fruitful and multiply this season. How do we accomplish
this command? Actually I have had sleepless night over it but finally we have
lots to smile about.
Nutrition
plays a vital role in having a healthy body and reproductive system. Building of
blocks for hormones is found in the food we eat. Antioxidants, which help to protect the egg and the sperm from free
radicals, are found in the foods that we eat. Just as nutrients in food can
be helpful for fertility, there are some foods and chemicals added to foods
that can be harmful for your health and fertility. Research has shown that the kind of food we eat in the process of
making a child determines the type of child you give birth to: a healthy or
non-healthy child, brilliant or dull child, beautiful or ugly etc.
